You’ll be amazed at how interesting the life of a free-ranging fudgetier can be – it can get you into all sorts of sticky and delightful situations. So here’s what we’ve been up to in between stirring and tasting and trying new flavours.

Hoorah – our first ever blog! (Well it’s not easy typing with your fingers coated with caramel and treacle). But we thought we’d better mess up the old keyboard because there’s quite a lot going on.
It’s funny what happens when things take off. It’s like those TV talent shows when really ordinary people suddenly start dressing in trendy suits, and getting funny hairstyles and shiny lips. Well, we were also advised we needed a bit of a makeover. So you’ll see we’ve got new packs, a few new flavours, a new website and a few other new bits n’ pieces.
But before you think we’ve sold out…hold your fudge – nothing important has changed. Justine’s still nagging her mum for help, we’re still selling at the Borough Market, the fudge is still made by the same fanatical people in the same old copper pans with the same Fairtrade sugar.
We were just too busy trying to make the perfect fudge to see that we weren’t quite up to speed – some people couldn’t even find our sweets in the shops! So now we’ve got a new online shop where you can easily order it for prezzies etc.
Plus we’ve got a new challenge: Random Acts of Sweetness. Basically we just want everyone to make the world a sweeter place, one little act at a time. We’re trying too.
Otherwise it’s all business as usual – with a prettier pack and some delicious new sweets for you to try.
